PPARKING:
Garage parking is tight and is best suited for small cars.
FIRST FLOOR:
We are in a downstairs unit. Naturally, you may hear some noise from the upstairs unit.
POOL/ SPA:
The pool/spa is open from 9am to 10pm.
PRIVATE COMMUNITY:
Community is not gated, but you will have a FOB for pool/spa/clubhouse use.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
This neighborhood is quiet and sound carries easily, so we do ask that you follow our Good Neighbor Policy and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. For this reason we do NOT allow parties. Thank you for understanding!
PETS:
Please inform us when you book if you are bringing dogs and how many. We will ask you to agree to our pet rules. There is an added $75 pet cleaning & companion fee, which we can collect after the booking is confirmed.
PROTECTION:
Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. We ask our guests to verify themselves after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute. You will receive a verification link prior to check-in.

Our place was being remodeled, and so we had an extended stay at the AirBnb. The place was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with things you would normally find at home. The pool was a nice treat during the summer days. The only negative is that there is no street parking, and parking both or cars inn the garage was a challenge.
Great Place. Nice area and friendly people to deal with. Appreciated the washer and dryer.

It is a very Private and Quiet neighborhood with beautifully kept walking paths, very close to a whole foods and a farm stand with the best strawberries I’ve ever had. Roomy and comfortable space for 4 people. Neighbors are mostly friendly and did have some solicitors stop by.
