Perfect location, fair price, and plenty of space. The unit is very roomy, the kitchen is large, and having two parking spots was a big plus. However, we did experience a few issues. The dishwasher had visible mold (also noted in previous reviews), so we couldn’t use it. My mother-in-law ended up trying to clean it and the sink area herself. The unit was short on basic linens—no kitchen towels and limited bath towels for six guests—though more were eventually provided. Nespresso didn’t work, and the regular coffee maker was missing its carafe until a replacement was brought. Check-in communication was also unclear; we didn’t find out until 9 p.m. on arrival day that someone needed to physically let us in. Parking fobs stopped working during the stay, so we had to pay for parking (later reimbursed), and the ironing board was broken. Overall a really good experience. A little better communication and attention to detail would have made the stay even better.

L’emplacement Nous sommes très déçus de notre appartement. Notre séjour a été très désagréable. Cet appartement a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. Il n'est pas propre. J'ai dû passer la serpillière trois fois et l'eau était noire. La machine à laver est à remplacer ; lorsqu'on lave des serviettes, elle se met à vibrer et fait beaucoup de bruit. Mon fils a failli se blesser et mon bébé a été très effrayé par le bruit. Le lave-vaisselle lave très mal. Il y avait beaucoup de moisissures à l'intérieur. Ce n'est pas rassurant d'y mettre des biberons. Les casseroles sont rayées et donc dangereuses pour la santé. La climatisation est incroyablement bruyante. Difficile de dormir avec. Et il est impossible de rester sur le balcon. La procédure de remise des clés est à revoir. C'est un désastre. Nous sommes la veille de notre départ, il est 19h30 et nous n'avons reçu aucune instruction pour l'état des lieux. De plus, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'une coupure d'eau de 6h à 18h. Nous avons passé toute la journée dehors à cause de cela. Le prix de cet hébergement est excessif compte tenu des services proposés et de l'état de l'appartement. J'ai l'impression de m'être fait arnaquer.

The apartment was big and the parking was comfortable. The cleaning was bad, no essential items such as cleaning sponge and a broom. The washing machine, dryer and dishwasher was awful. No hot water to take shower. Check in and check out wasn’t comfortable- needed to exit from the parking garage and go back up to place the keys in the unit.
The room size was very nice, and the rest of the apartment was roomy too. The A/C unit on the balcony outside the master bedroom was incredibly noisy, and it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The toilets could use some renovation. It was quite complicated to find our way in when we first arrived.
