Quiet HOURS: 10PM-8AM
The place is nice enough. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was peaceful. The Airbnb was clean enough as well but the floors were very dirty and left our socks black. A towel rack fell off the wall in one of the bathrooms multiple times. The internet also did not work, contacted the host multiple times but they just keep saying they would look into it and did nothing. In the end they said they would look into it and reach out to me and never did. Was very inconvenient because the rain ruined our Saturday plans so we were indoors for a good portion of the day. Neighbors were also really loud, we got woken up twice because they were out washing their car and doing maintenance on their yard early in the morning in the drive way next to the window. Probably would stay some where else for the price
An amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend to stay here for your visit in San Diego.
The place was as advertised in the pictures and the description. The home was clean and organized. Thomas was very communicative and responsive. No issues at all. Would stay there again.

Thomas was super responsive and polite. Check-in and check-out was very easy. However, the listing did not match the description (outler covers, corner guards for table, crib, sheets for crib, gaming system were all missing). Though it was listed as kid-friendly, there were important things missing.
I honestly felt like this was a bait & switch. The pics of the place were taken from an angle that didn't truly reflect the house. The rules for use of the bathroom made the place completely undesirable. The noise rules that weren't posted (only texted) after checkin would of made me choose another place. Any of these issues would of made me choose another place to stay, all of them combined made me feel like I was ripped off. I have pics to prove it. Stay anywhere else!
overview should state home is located in Linda Vista. there are no extras with this rental. nice space. beds very comfortable.
7 of us stayed in the house and we found it quite spacious with comfortable beds. However, upon arrival, signs were posted in the restrooms informing us that we were unable to flush any toilet paper! We were only given 1 roll, & 2 very small trashcans for 3 night stay. With that being said, we did have to go out to purchase extra supplies. The ceiling fans did not work as described but he was responsive about this issue so hopefully it will be fixed soon. When it came time to check out, we were given 3 different lists of instructions. The last one came only one hour before checkout with a much more detailed list.
