This home has 3 floors: upstairs, ground, and basement.

 

The upstairs include the Primary Suite with a king bed, balcony, and spa-like ensuite with a jetted soaking tub, marble tile, and granite counters. Three more spacious bedrooms and a full bath complete the upper level, totaling four bedrooms upstairs.

 

The ground floor includes a large living space and a half bath, while two cozy bedrooms are available on the lower level—perfect for large families or groups.

Whip up your favorite meals in the chef’s kitchen featuring a gas stove, double oven, coffee bar, and TV—fully stocked with everything you need to entertain or enjoy a cozy meal at home.

The main levels of the home not including the basement and private yard is available for guests. The garage is not available; however, there is ample parking in the driveway and on the street.

 

We are happy to assist with anything you need during your visit! We aim to provide a 5-star stay for every guest. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

 

The finished basement is not included in listing as owner lives partially in the basement. Owner works out of state and is usually gone 8 months out of the year. Basement does have a private entrance so even if owner is at the house, guest will have total privacy and sole access to the main entrance.

 

GUEST COUNT:

Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Children 2 years and up are considered as part of the total guest count. Most hosts set their nightly rates based on the total guest count. Instead, we set a lower base rate for up to 8 guests with an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) for every extra guest. This allows us to accommodate smaller sized groups with affordable rates and honor our standard nightly rate for groups of 12.

 

FAMILY:

We are family friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please note that the house is NOT childproof (ie no outlet protectors, corner protectors, etc). But infants are allowed if the guests take full responsibility for them. Please see our House Rules for more information.

 

VERIFICATION:

Our bookings are protected by TRUVI, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through TRUVI after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be contacted directly by TRUVI via text with a URL link to start the verification process.
