MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE:
Please note this home has a shared wall with an occupied tenant. You have your own private entrance and outdoor space. Rest assured there will be no interruptions during your stay.
NO LOUD PARTIES:
Please be respectful of our neighbors! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of NO outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. NO outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Thank you in advance for understanding and being a Good Neighbor.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
VERIFICATION:
Bookings are protected by TRUVI. After confirmation, guests must complete identity verification (takes less than a minute) before arrival. Check-in details will be shared after this step. Guests may also need to agree to House Rules or Terms & Conditions.

Excellent accommodation and host! The space was sparkling clean and well decorated, in a quite area of Page very close to all the main attractions. Our host was very friendly and responsive - we'll definitely be back.
Booked this place couple days before arriving from Utah for our honeymoon in Page! It seemed to be the only spot that didn’t resemble grandmas BNB lol. It’s tucked in the back of a quiet neighborhood with a great view or the red rocks and desertscape right outside the main window. Watching the sunrise come up was my favorite! It was super accessible to the rest of Page and very clean inside. The kitchenette was the perfect size to accommodate our cold foods we had from traveling across the country and my husband enjoyed being able to have his morning coffee accessible! Would highly recommend to others and would happily stay at their other properties in the future!
We loved my stay here! The casita is warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed with such attention to detail. The view of the desert is breathtaking, and I really appreciated the great coffee setup in the morning. Everything was spotless, cozy, and inviting, truly a perfect desert escape. The only small thing I noticed was a flickering bathroom bulb, but that’s such a minor issue it doesn’t change my 5-star experience. Highly recommend this place!
