    Potential. Good location, accurate photos, bizarre check in and different address than listed. Basically seems like the place isn't supposed to be a rental or AirBnB. Not 5 star clean by any means, particularly given the price point. Most horrendous thing, BLACK MOLD in plain site in one of the bathrooms and yellow water stains on the trim of the floor. Turns out there was obviously a hot water heater leak in the closet adjacent to the bathroom, not properly fixed and remediated. How a cleaner could not see this damage is mind boggling. Totally unacceptable in any manner, again particularly given the price point. Terrible, cheap linens and towels, streaky countertops, dust, stains on the furniture, etc. Some people don't mind these things, that's not me. Oh yes, and the ant infestation crawling all over our luggage and in the bathroom as well. Requested a refund from owner/management, no response. Got a partial refund from AirBnB. Your decision

    There is no washer and dryer in the unit was was very inconvenient for a $600 per night stay. And the unit smelled like marijuana and there was weed residue on the balcony and the coffee table.
