OUTDOORS
You simply won’t believe the outdoor space. Gorgeously landscaped with plenty of private corners for alone time during the day and an outdoor dining table big enough for 6 guests to come together at night. Where will you spend your day? Lounging around with a good book on cozy indoor furniture by the fireplace, catching some desert rays on our outdoor loungers, or sitting by the outdoor fire-pit roasting some s'mores. Solar lights keep the fun outside even after the sunsets so you can cozy up and stargazing all night.
FAMILY & PETS
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and must be under 25 lbs. Please send us the breed and age for consideration. We will request a $75 cleaning & companion fee per pet. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS
Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
PROTECTION
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner, so we don't need to charge our guests a security deposit. Because of this we need our guests to verify themselves after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. You will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a url link to start your verification.
RESPECT
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Sink into the sounds of desert solitude, quiet nights and quiet stars...
CHERISH
Some of the things visitors to the high desert cherish the most are clean air, mesmerizing night skies and the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem. 150 acres burned down the road because of one cigarette.
CLEANING
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!

WILDLIFE
You surely could encounter wildlife on your stay including families of Quail, rare Albino lizards, insects, snakes, squirrels and the endangered kangaroo mice.
NO SMOKING
No smoking or burning candles indoors. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
This property is across the street from our sister property, The Castle House Estate, which consists of 4 unique stays and a total of 12 units across 12 acres. The grounds have been meticulously manicured and the property has a resort vibe.
The Castle House Estate is available for full property buyouts and has a 3500 square foot meeting space that can be used as a dining hall, nightclub and a roller rink. There is an additional 2000 square feet of white cantilevered concrete patios on all four sides of the structure. The sunset patio has a 250 person capacity for private dinners with views of the National Park. For inquires please give us a shout!
Private movie nights, roller skating nights or just a nightclub can be reserved separately from your booking.

Great place. We went for a mini-retreat and had a great time. It could have more available kitchenware and utensils. Host was very responsive about the questions we had. I recommend staying at this place.
from check-in to check-out the Castle House Estate Bungalo was perfect. the staff was there to help, the spa was a great treat and exactly what I needed to relax. The room was rather large and spacious and very well kept and clean. it was a great night to a long day.

I’ve stayed at many properties before, so I believe it is important to give an honest review as vacations aren’t cheap and sometimes photos are deceiving. I’ll start off with saying our hosts were extremely responsive! Upon entering the property I immediately noticed how clean the place was and smelled. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and stocked with the essentials. The hot tub was clean and the views at night are beautiful. I also enjoyed the Hue system. One thing to note is the pool is located across the way, but they have a theatre, sauna, and you can order good treats from their menu. No complaints, it was in line with the price.
