    Appartement qui a été changé au dernier moment (information apprise après que nous ayons atterri à LA). Appartement très propre, bien placé, de taille identique. Mais pas d’accès autorisé à la piscine et à la salle de sport (accès refusé aux locataires, il faut absolument la présence du propriétaire de l’appartement). Dans notre cas le choix de l’appartement s’était fait entre autres sur la base de ces prestations. Nous avons donc été déçus de constater ce changement d’appartement au dernier moment.

    I paid for this property and I was switched to a less equipped one without communication, explanation and a chance to rectify. Unfortunately there is little to any accountability from the ‘management team’ and I don’t feel comfortable recommending them to other travellers. One hour before arrival they switched this location to one 30 mins away with less amenities, - no pool outside room - no marina/sea view as promised - not close to the beach as promised - no empathy for disabled travellers - no communication - no support - the view was actually a locked gated path with a mess of boats - not the marina/sea view as pictured. - maintenance workers pre 8am pictured. Extra Taxis cost around $45, but the time wasted cannot be given back. Considering they knew well in advance, a simple phone call with honesty would have fixed the problem as I could have rearranged the meal and pre warned my father about the extra walking, but he was physically in pain and having to bite his tongue. The ‘switched’ location was too far from my initial booking, resulting in extra taxi costs, my disabled father being forced to walk much further. The security are polite but unhelpful and can come across hostile. There is no communication or support. Due to this we missed dinner reservations for sunset and meeting up with other travellers who had to leave. I was not given keys to secure the property, having to wait for them to be delivered. They simply forgot to leave them - and kept saying ‘are you sure’ well I was definitely sure there was no keys. The only walk from the entrance of the property to this apartment took about 10 minutes - carrying bags and rolling suitcases through a maze of car parks and paths - a simple call ‘just to advise you, it’s a long walk’ would have fixed the problem: security would not allow our taxi to the parking area. When I questioned why I was switched it was a poor excuse with no apology at first saying well it’s still an apartment for you, and they promised to resolve which they did not - on 3 occasions, and have now washed their hands and responded sarcastically. If I was difficult and offensive I would be ok with it but responding with ‘but you stayed, right?’ Is Downright disrespectful.

    The area was great. Some construction around the neighborhood but we never heard the noise. We walked to the beach and sat by the marina. Great views Parking is not guest friendly. We reserved a spot but any guests had to park off site in a paid parking lot across from community. But not a big deal just inconvenient. Apartment is kinda dated but still cute. Portable ac didn't cool off the front living area.

    Was kind of bummed about how far away the beach actually was. We couldn’t walk my kids there and it was allegedly beachfront. The closest pool and hot tub were under construction and we never got a response on where another one was. When someone else directed us there we very disappointed to find the pool and hot tub weren’t clean. The hot tub was actually very gross and green and there was a film on the water.

    The apartment lives up to the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the laundry is functional and the area is quiet. However, there is an awful smell in the apartment and the location isn’t the best for those wanting to visit Los Angeles (no surrounding restaurants/shops).

    Clean and well equipped appartement. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, and we received no prior notification about this, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was ongoing construction noise that further disrupted our experience. Inside the apartment, the loud noise from the refrigerator was very noticeable, and both the kitchen and bathroom felt quite outdated. This was not the level of comfort or quality we expected, especially considering we paid $600 per night. On top of that, we accidentally paid the parking fee in euros instead of dollars, resulting in a $12 difference. Despite multiple reminders, this amount was never refunded.

    The place was as pictured. We went to an event at SoFi Stadium and the distance was only 30mins away with traffic. The view was pretty during the day seeing all the boats go by. I wish we had stayed a little longer here so we could explore the surroundings. You have an assigned parking in the garage which was nice. Overall we had a good stay.
