We spent our Christmas holidays here over 11 nights. The place is beautiful. It’s our kids’ time visiting in the US and we wanted to roller skate and bike along Venice beach as many times as possible. This apartment is only 5 mins from where we needed to get to. So we ended up going to the beach almost everyday - sometimes for the whole day and a couple of times after our LA explorations. Watching sunset over the pacific ocean, watching sunrise from the bedroom and living room of this wonderful apartment. What a life! We found this apartment to be in a peaceful and quiet location. We initially chose it thinking it is a trade off of quietness against travel time going to other touristy spots. It turns out the Marina Del Rey is very conveniently located. There are many bakeries and markets nearby (driving) and we really thought we chose the right place as our base. Will choose this place again in future visits. Thanks!
This is a nice, spacious condo in Marina del Rey with access to a great pool and hot tub. The hosts were very helpful and communicative.
Great location. Management was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my inquiries.
It had a beautiful view from the family room and the master bedroom Things were broken In it and it wasn’t as clean as it could be. The master bathroom sink was so clogged it would fill up with water immediately. The dishwasher wasn’t fastened in place and would fall out when you opened it. The nespresso machine needed to be cleaned and didn’t work. There were crumbs on the ground. We killed a few spiders upon entering. The air mattress had stains on it. There was a hair ball in the master bedroom. The tubs weren’t cleaned as well as they could be. We were approached by a neighbor the night we got there and told we needed to leave the next day because air bnb or property rental isn’t allowed it’s illegal. And when I asked for my parking money to be refunded they never got back to me. And when I asked for them to check to send me my daughter’s swim suit top that was left on the balcony they never got back to me or sent it. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Not to mention electrical power was out on whole side of the kitchen. Just had time to snap a few pics. Couldn’t get the sink or bed stains
