Short walk to downtown. Short drive to Yosemite National Park or let YARTS do the driving for you and take a bus. (check yarts.com for schedules and stop locations.

Great stay for us while we visited Yosemite! Many nearby restaurants. It was about an hour and fifteen minutes outside of Yosemite Valley.
We had a good enough stay overall. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store just a few minutes away. The flat itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better, and communication with the host was quite frustrating. It seemed like messages were handled by an AI assistant, as replies were often incomplete or unhelpful. Even simple questions, like where to find the bin, weren’t able to be answered. Overall an okay stay, with some avoidable frustrations.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs - meine Frau, unser 17Monate alter Sohn und ich. Es hat eine super Lage um in etwa 1h in den Yosemite Nationalpark zu kommen. Mariposa hat einige Restaurants,… in denen man abends auch noch etwas essen/trinken gehen kann. An für sich war die Wohnung sauber und gemütlich, allerdings bräuchte sie eine „generalüberholung“ in der sie mal wieder von Grund auf gereinigt wird, da es an manchen Stellen staubig ist und die Füße vom Boden leider dreckig am Abend sind, wenn man barfuß läuft. Das war unsere Erfahrung und könnte sicher leicht verbessert werden. Die Küche gibt mit dem kleinen Herd alles her, was man braucht.
