    Cute condo, great location. Having said that a lot of sirens and homeless screaming (mental health/drug issues) throughout the night. Although the unit was clean, I don’t think it had been rented in a while so everything was dusty and the floor always turned our socks brown. Would recommend if location is more important than sleep.

    There are good points here: the view of the ocean is magnificent, the proximity to the beach, pier and such are very good, but there are too many drawbacks to recommend it fully: - The masterbath shower doesn't function properly. It's basically like bathing with a weak garden hose - The kitchen lacks basic supplies like cooking utensils and plastic wrap, one burner is covered with melted plastic from a previous guest - The bedding is all synthetic, so you're too hot. - The Nest A/C is difficult to understand and hard to get the temp right, upstairs is always hot in summer - There was a massive leak from something (shower? A/C? Who knows) that flooded the closet in the downstairs, causing the ceiling tiles to fall. There was evidence this had happened before - If, like me, you thought the very high price included access to pool and gym, you would be wrong, it's $100 xtra PER DAY, on top of $700 a night On the whole, VERY overpriced for what you get

    The apartment was once great and is in a superb location, but is now showing its age - blinds repeatedly falling off, kitchen cupboard doors broken, and the hot water in the upper shower is almost pointless - barely any pressure and (not exaggerating) >5 minutes for hot water to arrive. The upper terrace is purposeless without furniture of any kind. Check in was easy and well communicated but key handover was perfunctory and we weren’t shown into the apartment, nothing was explained. I also agreed to take a look at the pool/gym etc in a nearby building. That message clearly hadn’t reached the check-in staff, Liam. So instead I agreed to meet Liam the following morning - but he didn’t show up nor answer my calls. He did arrive the following day to show us around the basement gym, sauna, steam room and rooftop garden, BBQ, pool etc - all of which is very modern (in a much newer building very close by) but simply not worth an additional $100/ day - the pool is tiny.

    Good property, amazing location. This trip was a holiday for the wife and kid, and I needed to work. I was able to work well with the desk and wifi in the master bedroom. Andre, who helped us check in, was really helpful. Very nice. We had an issue with the bathroom sink that was draining very slowly, and some water leakage in a closet. They were proactive and solved the problems. I wish they had done it faster, but not a big deal at all. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat. The price is a bit steep, but the location is just perfect! Well done to the mgmt company for making our experience so pleasant.
