The lockbox code for check-in will be provided beforehand. While we won’t be available in person, we will be reachable 24/7 by phone or message.
Unique experience for sure. AC was broken for almost the entire stay in July. Stains, bugs, and spiders galore. I wouldn’t complain much if they didn’t ask for $30/hr for a late checkout. We had to stay in a separate location on the final night due to the discomfort of the unit being 80 degrees. That said, they did eventually comp us the late checkout which is honestly the only reason this review isn’t a 1-star review.
We had a great stay!
Our stay, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and never cooled below 76–78 degrees, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day and while trying to sleep. Upon arrival, the floors clearly had not been vacuumed, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, there was an active bees nest right outside the door, making coming and going stressful as we tried to avoid getting stung. The location was convenient, and the space otherwise matched the photos, but the combination of cleanliness issues, lack of working AC, and the safety concern with the bees really impacted our stay. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
Convenient location with the basic necessities. It was nice having a separate bathroom for each bedroom and worked for the quick stay I needed with my family.
I was there for a weekend wedding. Great stay! Kitchen had everything I needed and there was spacious rooms. Each room had a bathroom which was great for getting ready for the wedding we were attending. Did not have to wait around for the bathroom to become available. Host responded in a timely manner.
Overall a good stay for overnight, not too far from UGA campus. A/C wasn’t very cool. Mattresses were not very comfortable. It was nice having a bathroom with each bedroom. In a college town, you have to go with a good value, and this was a much better and nicer option than overpriced hotels. In addition, it was nice that this unit allowed one night stay, as some require 2 night minimum.
