O apartamento e a vista dele sao fenomenal! Fiquei com minha família no local e tivemos uma excelente experiência. Local espaçoso, limpo e agradável. Liam nos recebeu muito bem e sempre foi muito atencioso. Valeu cada minuto e cada centavo.
We had a wonderful weekend in Venice beach. The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably has all amenities and is walking distance from the beach.
PM was friendly, provided good communication. When we couldn't find the right garage, they met us to make sure we got in. The place has a great view and is close to a lot. This is a 2 bedroom unit with an extra bed. The toilets didn't seem equipped for 6 people, one toilet became clogged and was not repaired for almost 24 hours. The air conditioner leaked halfway through our stay and, despite maintenence coming, was not repaired. It leaked every time we used it for the rest of the stay, filling bowls and soaking towels. It's a 10th floor unit and it was in the mid-80s so having it off during the day was really uncomfortable. We were told it would "reset" if we left it off for a while, which we did every night for over 12 hours and it continued to leak. We opened the windows, were bitten by mosquitoes overnight each night. I asked if they would give some money back for the maintenence issues, and they did give me $100. There are signs around property that say Airbnb is not allowed.
Amazing location, 10 minute walk to the beach, and clean! Would definitely stay here again!
Es un departamento amplio y con vista a la bahía. Cocina bien equipada. No tiene vista al mar como dice la publicación. No hay tercer dormitorio sino una cama tras un biombo en el living, nada de intimidad para quien duerma allí. Poca iluminación en los cuartos y muchos tomas corriente no funcionan. Los pisos muy sucios.
