These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SMS communications and related services provided by BNBPRO INC. ("Nomadia," "we," "us," or "our"), operating at www.Nomadiastays.com
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing a property management agreement with BNBPRO INC. and providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to receive operational SMS communications from us at the phone number you provided.
2. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program Name: Nomadia Property Operations SMS
Program Description: BNBPRO INC. sends operational SMS messages to property owners under active management agreements. Messages include maintenance alerts, reservation updates, financial notices, calendar coordination requests, pricing updates, and general property operations communications. This is a two-way operational communication program — you may also send SMS messages to us at (408) 869-5974.
Sender: Messages are sent from (408) 869-5974 on behalf of BNBPRO INC.
3. CONSENT AND OPT-IN
You consent to receive SMS messages from BNBPRO INC. by signing a property management agreement with us. The management agreement contains the following explicit SMS authorization clause:
"By signing this agreement, I authorize BNBPRO INC. to contact me via SMS text message at the phone number provided for operational updates related to my managed property. I understand that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that I may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message."
Consent is obtained in writing at onboarding and is retained on file by BNBPRO INC. No verbal-only consent is accepted. No SMS messages are sent to any recipient who has not provided written consent through a signed management agreement.
4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies. You will receive SMS messages when there are operational updates, maintenance issues, reservation changes, financial notices, or other matters related to your managed property. Messages are sent as needed based on property activity, typically 1 to 5 messages per week.
5. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages you send and receive. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier. BNBPRO INC. does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
6. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from (408) 869-5974.
After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number from this program.
To re-enroll after opting out, contact us directly at hello@Nomadiastays.com or reply START to our number.

8. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
9. PRIVACY AND NON-SHARING OF MOBILE INFORMATION
Your use of our SMS communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.Nomadia.net/privacy-policy-2.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or message content with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Mobile information collected through this program is used solely for operational property management communications.
10. CONTENT OF MESSAGES
All SMS messages sent by BNBPRO INC. are strictly operational and relate to your property management agreement. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program.
Message content may include:
●Maintenance alerts and updates for your managed property
●Reservation and booking information
●Financial and payout notices
●Calendar and availability coordination
●Pricing and performance updates
●General operational communications from your property management team
11. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
●Provide an accurate and current phone number for SMS communications
●Notify us promptly if your phone number changes
●Not use our SMS communications channel to send abusive, threatening, or unlawful messages
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BNBPRO INC. is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier, network outages, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any charges incurred by you from your mobile carrier in connection with receiving SMS messages from us.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at www.Nomadiastays.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued receipt of SMS communications after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. BNBPRO INC. is incorporated and operates in the State of California.
