Meet Jackson Church.

Founder & CEO

Jackson is a California native who's been running short-term rentals since 2012 — long before "Airbnb" became a verb.

He started a traditional, full-service property management company focused on Joshua Tree, CA, scaling it through every era of the STR industry: the boom, the regulatory shifts, the pandemic, the dynamic-pricing arms race.

Like so many of us, the pandemic caused Jackson to rethink the business model. In 2020, the business went fully online — allowing us to work with clients nationwide while passing the savings on to owners through industry-leading low fees.

Supporting Jackson is a remote-first team with deep expertise in 24/7 guest communication, listing optimization, dynamic pricing, accounting, and claims management. Every team member is here to do one thing: maximize your yields.
